Breathing

The Spring Equinox is a powerful time for Kundalini activation, as it represents balance, renewal, and the rising of energy—mirroring the serpent power coiling up the spine. This practice will help awaken dormant energy, bring harmony between your Ida (moon) and Pingala (sun) nadis, and elevate consciousness.

🌞 What You’ll Need:
• A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed
• A candle (white or gold for spiritual illumination)
• A bowl of water (symbolizing flow and purification)
• Incense (sandalwood or frankincense to elevate vibration)
• A comfortable meditation cushion or mat
• A mantra (suggestions below)

🌀 Step-by-Step Kundalini Equinox Ritual:

1. Purify & Prepare Your Space
• Light the incense and candle.
• Sit in a meditative posture with a straight spine.
• Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and visualize golden light cleansing your aura.

2. Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana) – Balancing Energy Channels
• Close your right nostril with your thumb and inhale deeply through the left nostril.
• Close your left nostril with your ring finger, release the right nostril, and exhale.
• Inhale through the right, switch, and exhale through the left.
• Repeat for 7 cycles to bring equilibrium between Ida & Pingala.

Spoken words that are unfair or mean can irritate you greatly, throwing you off balance. In order to deal with this, consider healthful practices heavily involving breathing, namely, running and yoga. There is a natural balance that takes place when you use these practices to calm yourself. Learning to incorporate breathing into your daily health regimen on a more conscious level will not only calm you, it will also support clear thinking and seeing better. You will notice the difference.
