By placing your finger against each nostril with prolonged deep breathing, we are able to increase our logical and creative mindsets. Purpose: Calm the nervous system and bring presence to the moment.
Technique: Inhale slowly for 5–6 seconds, exhale gently for 5–6 seconds. Keep the rhythm smooth and continuous.

Purpose: Balance masculine and feminine energies; purify nadis.
Technique: Inhale through one nostril, switch, and exhale through the other. Repeat in cycles for 3–5 minutes.
