The Miracle Zone

Everything you desire in life, but do not currently have is just outside your circle, and to achieve it you must step outside of your comfort zone. Getting comfortable with discomfort eventually provides the new norm and expands your horizon. The comfort zone is defined as “a behavioral state within which a person operates in an anxiety-neutral condition, using a LIMITED set of behaviors to deliver a steady level of performance.” Using a limited set of behaviors means you are not maximizing your full potentiality. Cultivating openness to experience is one of the Big Five Personality Traits. It is characterized by qualities of one’s inner and outer lives and has been shown to be the best predictor of creative achievement.
