Relationships

There is a difference between a reason and an excuse. A reason is a rational explanation from your perspective. An excuse is a formidable lie to get out of the situation. The more explanations to a situation the more likely the reasons are excuses (Regaining Trust). Let’s follow the honor code to create Authenticity within our relationships. A lie is less manageable and creates uncertainty in a relationship. When a subject is less tangible just change the subject or apply the GREY ROCK METHOD to deal with toxic people you cannot escape. As authenticity (Likeable Communication Tricks) and Charisma build formidable relationships (Unlikeable Communication Tricks) in the corporate world.

“The truth doesn’t cost anything, but a lie could cost you everything.”
