Communication

Utilize an assertive style of Communication and then respond instead of reacting to conflict. Utilize Active Listening Skills. Practice the 80/20/rule. Eighty percent listening, twenty percent talking. As the person talking less is actually the one controlling the conversation. Become motivated and practice ways to maintain a positive attitude. Try to see the silver lining in everything. And lastly, practice Self-Awareness, take critiques well, emphasize with others, and practice Encroachment Boundaries, while utilizing leadership skills, and Nonverbal Communication.
