Relationships

There is a difference between a reason and an excuse. A reason is a rational explanation from your perspective. An excuse is a formidable lie to get out of the situation. The more explanations to a situation the more likely the reasons are excuses. Let’s follow the honor code to create authenticity within our relationships. A lie is less manageable and creates uncertainty in a relationship. When a subject is less tangible just change the subject. As authenticity builds formidable relationships and equity within the corporate world.

“The truth doesn’t cost anything, but a lie could cost you everything.”
